Great place for German sausages. Love the sauerkraut as s side which came in a large portion. Staff very friendly and welcoming even i dont speak German.

Very good location, right in the town center, next to the Dom Cathedral. We had the mix combo for 2 people with 4 types of sausages, 4 types of sauces, fries and grilled vegetables, and one extra portion of the goulash soup with bread because we were very hungry. Fair price, good place to try German food & bevarage

Every time when in Aachen, I must pass by the place and taste their special sausage platter. It’s simply great! And in addition people who work there are endlessly sweet and welcoming! Highly recommended

We really enjoyed our visit! The sausages were delicious especially the blood sausages, which were full of flavor and perfectly cooked. Portions were generous and satisfying. The place has a great vibe, with a laid-back. Self-service setup that works well. Even the toilet was clean and thoughtfully maintained….always a nice surprise. All in all, a great spot. We’d love to come back!

We visited Handwurst for some classic sausages – and they were absolutely delicious! The beer was great too. It’s self-service, which I personally didn’t love, but everything was quick and well-organized, so it worked smoothly. A good spot for a casual, tasty meal.
